If that happens happy for them we will know the answer by September 27th. That is the deadline for voting reconciliation bill

Upto 2019 PD people will be eligible for that. Imagine number of applications who will be eligible for EAD. Another nightmare waiting for uscis if that bill passes.

just kidding man. hard to imagine so many immigration changes in a reconciliation bill. they have to prove budget impacts.  so i dont think it will pass.

issue is .. immigration kosam pay chese amount is being diverted to other things .. like border control .. it is not totally used to increase workforce in uscis offices .. so enni Billions of $'s poll aina via legal immigration .. gap will be always there .

but just like there is Premium processing available for H-1b, where they have to give result in 3-weeks .. alaanti rule pedithe .. it may help .. but still not sure if uscis has the capacity to full the overflow
