Just curious to understand how this will help? We don’t know whether this is a downgrade or direct petition or whether the priority dates are current or just eligible for EAD…. Another variable is whether they have applied it in premium or not…

for me it has been more than 370 days.. no update on any application.. I140 premium ki upgrade chesi 3 weeks daatindi… no response on that either… Previous 140 was also applied at the same service center (src) 😩😩😩

Future lo EAD tho issue vasthe you cannot move back to h1 kada.
