Can someone help with these doubts? thanks and appreciate. I heard, 2 people got GC denied for some reason.

 

I filed i-485 on 11/24/2020 direct EB3 (priority date 12/11/2011) to Texas service center.

Current H1B upto Aug 2022. 

EAD received in Sept 2021 to Sept 2023. 

If i-485 is denied for any reason next year, what happens? 

Can I stay on H1B? If so, is it better to extend H1B again, so that no dependency on EAD/i-485?

Since H1b 6 years is complete, will they approve H1B extension after i-485 denial?

depends in denial reason bayya

if you have not used ead usually no issues to your h1 extension if 140 has problme (ususaally if its approved it should not) then it might be issue for extension
