 You as a H-4 EAD user or GC backlog not approached your lawmakers so automatic EAD extension up to 540 days is not applicable to all H-4 EAD extensions and simply applicable to H-4s who has valid i-94.
 For L-1/L-2 EADs even without valid I-94 this change automatic EAD extension eligible.
