yes, this will be last bulleting for this year .. 

next bulletin lo kani dates retrogress avvaledu ante .. that will be a very good news .. becos next bulletin release ki mundhu .. they will check the no. of backlog vs available .. based on that they will release the bulletin .. so my guess is, next bulletin lo spillover vs backlog batti retrogress or forward movement telustundi

As a result, most employment-based preference category limits and/or the overall employment-based preference limit for FY 2022 are expected to be reached during September. If at any time an annual limit were reached, it would be necessary to immediately make the preference category “unavailable”, and no further requests for numbers would be honored.

 

It means pending applications from 2022 will eat FY2023 SO. Adhi entha anedhi may be next 15 days lo clarity ravochu. Enka FY23 SO ki vasthe 45K to 55K undochu. I am seeing max 2015 Mar EB2 based on this statement. Of course my analysis on this numbers anthe.
