I have Eb3 EAD’s as well with my spouse being primary and me derivate. We did not upgrade that application, just straight filed eb2 application. Eb3 application is closed stating benefit received by other means. BM is also applied from Eb3 BM. Eb3 application moved to NBC on July 14 for consolidation. Chatted with Emma couple of times without much help. Thanks for all the support and good luck for the rest of the folks waiting for GC.
