Not sure may be they are finding a FO where to transfer very rarely some are getting approved directly by MSC itself

Also this SR suffix is sometimes misleading because in my spouse case it came as SND (sandiego) and my case it was showing nsc but later congressmen helped me to find the location of file and responded to medicala

Try reaching Tier1 officer just to double confirm bro

I tried Tier 1 they gave same info, case moved on Aug 2 to NBC still at NBC did not move to field office. PD Sept 2014 not sure at this point. "WAIT" is the mantra.
