Remember, there is no appliication for combo card, you need to apply for 131 and 765 together. whether u'll get combo card or not is up to uscis.

It's more to do with Raja krishnamurthy able to get more than 10% congressman from both Parties. Hope you read that letter..

without changes to EAD rules it'll be a new hell if they do that. anavasaranga vere petitions delay avtai for almost useless card.
