this is good to know, we cannot buy new agri lands but what about the inherited farm lands from parents can we keep that when we renounce the indian citizenship ?

i heard in some expat groups where the benefits of us citizenship is just voting rights, can stay aboard for as long as we can .. no deportation issues inthey anta benefits ....

If both are USC , the farm land that you got from your parents or your own farm lands will need to be liquidated , you can't pass those to your kids.
