Cousin gc undi and tana wife h1b . Wife file chesaru gc through family.  Eppudu I-130 approve ayitey, can she swith to gc ead ? Her lawyer , not recommended & wait until i-485 approval ani antunaru and maintain h1b status.  Due to h1b , they are working in different cities.

Switch Ayaka i-485 emana  issue ayitey   then you need to re-start ani lawyer saying ( from out of country & will take years )

I would go with lawyers advice......her spouse is GC not usc
