Its a common scene everywhere. Chance dorkithe nuvvu kuda jump kottey ... Ask your manager if there is a role for you there.... Do apply for mgr position. Never ever let go of an opportunity. You never know. Vadu navvithe navvane. Atleast he will know you are serious abt promotion and just interview. Its a stepping stone for another opportunity down the lane. It could be 2 things. 1) he dint see any near career growth for himself 2) he dont believe the scope of project. moving companies is different scenario.
