Approved in 2nd attempt. Medicals interfiled twice Aug’21, Sept’21. Did not get confirmation first time. Raised Congresswoman inquiry Aug/Sept. Received EAD/AP – Sept 27th, 2021 Attorney sent interfile request to change underlyer – 12/01/2021(just plain letter, no 485j) Called USCIS 12/10/2021 to check interfile status. Tier 2 call scheduled. Tier 2 call back on 12/23/2021(don’t miss this call). Provided EB2 & EB3 140 numbers and WKD***request was created by Tier 2. WKD* request was closed on 01/07/2022 with standard template “no written request for underlyer change was found”. I sent one more interfile(format picked up from this group) request on 01/10/2O22. USCIS received on 01/11/2022.
