Sizzler Posted April 13, 2022 Report Posted April 13, 2022 If you have downgraded to EB3 filing the I140 as “Amended” instead of “New”, check with your attorney to make sure USCIS didn’t invalidate the old EB2 I140. It appears USCIS has screwed up some people who downgraded last year and will not allow to interfile back unless there is a policy change. FYI @csrcsr 2 Quote
