Don’t interfile medicals. Two days ago USCIS suggested to wait until you get rfe for medical otherwise it will cause delays. Check telegram groups. Better don’t interfile

after GC-EAD is approved .. and client change ayyaka .. new client has to file i485j kada ? that is different to interfile right ?

Iddaru file chesedi i485j ey.

new employer i485j file chesedi to take over the existing 485 application (in your case EB3+485 application).

old employer i485j file chesedi to change underlying basis saying there is still a valid job under EB2 in our company. so please update 485 application to use EB2 I140.
