Jun 22 - eb3 - eb2 upgrade (amend) with interfile (without 485j) - I140 approved..

 

now waiting game for me.. anyone similar sitatution

but you will get a sms or email two days before they actually make the call.

Yes basthadi did u provide your email id ? And also txt message vasthadi before 1 or 2 days like below, email lo oka code vasthadi for verification when your tier2 call setup is done

Medical - Intefiled last year
I140 - Approved in 7th attempt PP
BM - Aug, 2021 and Derivative - 10/2021
EAD/AP - March, 2022

485:
Primary - No case status change. 
Derivative - Approved her card 1st under E18 (EB1). No idea. Our attornecy created SR. FO called and requested to use and no issues with COA. But my lawyer has not accepted for it. 
Also Attorney asked about my(Primary) case status in the same call and god (FO) approved during the call. We submitted I90 for COA issue. Primary status changed back to transfer again after 2 days. We assumed that I90 form for derivative internally caused the primary status change. Again 2 more days same stress and tense. USCIS agents - Tier1 - mentioned that my case went to SRC again. No idea to them as well and never seen the status change after approval. Finally, today I recieved the dream card. Thank you all for your support. All the best to you all. 
I am still working with USCIS for 2 issues:  
Issue 1 - Derivative COA change and 
Issue 2 - My name (First name - given name) last character missing on the card as it is long name and not able to fit. As per attorney - no issue to use the card in both situations.
