DALLASPORAGADU Posted June 16, 2022 Report Share Posted June 16, 2022 Dudes, my pd is jan 2016, eb2 with mesthri. recently took full time with client and unfortunately client gadu eb3 lo file chesadu and 140 approved. Client not willing to file in eb2 as of now and mesthri is okay if i move back. should i Consider to go back with my pd or better to wait. NBC ki vellayi docs but my 485 got transferred to texas service center. 765 & 131 NBC lone vunayi so couple of weeks back EAD approve ayyindhi. looking at TSC processing speeds I don’t expect 485 to be approved in next 8-12 months, can I change my employer now with EAD.
