dont send without RFE as they will get lost...only send with RFE...

I think so dude, The case should be transferred to NBC and then to FO to get approved. Thats my understanding.

aithe 2 months lo kastame. I have applied in EB3 in Oct as my date was current then TUB in May as date is current in Eb2. No movement after finger prints in Jan.
