Happy to share my application got approved today (Status: New card is being produced). My spouse application received RFE (status: Request for initial evidence was sent)so yet to see that detail

My details:
PD: July 25, 2014
485: RD: Oct 30, 2020
Originally LIN Nebraska 
Inter file to EB2 with 485J: June 9th, ND: July 1st
Transfer to NBC: July 19th
Transfer to Field office (St. Paul Minnesota): July 26th
GC for primary approved: August 2nd
GC for dependent: RFE (August 2nd) - yet to see the details 

Medicals:
As I missed the boat on filing medicals during my 485 downgrade, I did these as I’m switch to new job on Sep-1st. So went crazy with medicals to save my 485 application. Most likely 2nd or 3rd one got attached.

1. Inter filed medicals to CA address along with eb2 inter file
2. Inter filed stand alone medicals to Nebraska on July 15th
3. Inter filed stand some medicals to NBC July 18th
4. Sent to Field office on Monday 8/1
