He told, NBC ki move ainappudu, there will be multiple times NBC talks to Service Centers (LIN/SRC). if they need any info. During this time if u talk to Emma or OPT candidate Tier1 officer, then they will say it is back to LIN. which actually is not. Similarly with FO, FO ki vellindi ante just to get some RFE and Interview processed. - Only RFE -> non-local, no interview - Interview +RFE if any -> local field office.
