My i140 is pending and EAD not approved yet.180 days passed since receipt. My company name is changing.Should I140 be amended?any idea?

Received Date nov4th  you already completed 180 days bro, if your 140 is approved (I think it's already pardon me forgot)  if yiu have an offer you can move

1) if moving on h1 ask them to file 485 j and your h1 approval

Or

2) if yiu are moving on ead (assuming yiu got ead)company will put ead number in i9 and file 485j

1) if your date was a close miss last time or you did not downgrade dont change jobs unless its a lucrative and career pivot offer, get your 140 approved if its getting portted, arrange your birth certrs ready

2) if you already applied 485 in oct nov we passed 180 days just get 140 in premium for peace of mind
