thinking of taking a long break like 6months so asking. edo oka consultancy ki change avudam ani

Good question bro about continuous employment  … even I have similar questions…

back in 2022 … rohul reddy tolded continuous employment leka poina emi problem ledu… interview or rfe vaste matram you need to have a proof of same or similar employment. 
 

right now lot lawyers in their podcast suggests to have continuous employment … but there is no grace period as h1 … 

 

This is my understanding. Maybe experts can correct me.

@Allarinaresh10 @telugu_bidda @akkum_bakkum bro meeru kuda EAD Meeda move avvalanu kuntunnara . I m also looking to evaluate risks before jump the ship. Someone said being on EAD you need future employment? we can work  remote  for 6 months or take break, any risks?

but employment history chudali ante … max paystubs chustaru kada. 6 months job lekunda ante sounds red flag to me.

I didn't get that part...some say if we use EAD our h1b will be invalid so not sure
