Biden administration amended I-693 medicals to be valid forever with all future applications...meaning lets say 485 is denied or another 485 is filed again, you can tie those medicals to the new application...However, trump administration amended this again recently for medicals to be valid only for the 485 that is filed. Ade bhayya I'm trying to explain.....that 2 validity is made no expiration date for medicals as long as long as your 485 is valid/pending. One you submit it now, you dont have to worry about medicals in 5 years, probably when ur date will be current. Quote
