Expedite request is for 765 and 131 ..mine straight eb2 i-140 approved in 2011.

nope SR is more like an inquiry what's going on with the case, response ivvalani rule kuda ledu but ER is like action will be taken in 2 weeks but valid justification undali like humanitarian, financial loss ala

Any one got EB3 downgrade I-140 RFE? My I-140 case status just changed to RFE. I Should get details from my attorney.

Upgraded to premium processing last week. My PD is current this month,waiting for medicals RFE.Not expecting this.
