@csrcsrbro, have a. perm and 140 approved in eb2 few years back... can i ask employer to file another i140 in eb3 now ?  can it be done since the perm certification is valid for 6months only correct. ?

Not necessarily bro even mine was approved long back but we filed a downgrade , same cade with you just file normal upgrade to premium after getting reciept
