No that's wrong bro eb2 has both So both horizontal and vertical, eb3 has its own so

Many friends in db and out side got GC in eb3 that went direvt to MSC(benefit centdr)

 

The problem is there is no clarity on downgrades how they process in SRC and LIN

Because of the demand in EB3. EB3 lo chala takkuva manndi applied between 2010 to 2015 compared to EB2 (original I140s and not downgrades).
