Medical submitted along with the original application in Oct,20. 

EAD/AP received in Feb . 

Status now changed to 485 case was approved

Yes, MSC.(NBC)

In my observation, the straight applications from MSC are being adjudicated since last month aggressively.

All the downgrades should see a rapid approval in the coming months..Generally, July,Aug Sep more cases are adjudicated.

I know waiting bothers, but the patience always pays .

guys need some advise 2013 PD employer has agreed to downgrade but recommending starting with labor and get fresh eb3 retain org PD (eta close to 1 year if we file labor in july). downgrade to current eb2 to eb3 is also an option but say not worth the risk if anything happens to existing petition

employer wasnt ready citing some previous issues with company, now that FAD is 2013 some of us are able to get him to do. so better to file eb2 downgrade and wait aa bro...?
