I haven't heard about this. I doubt if uscis will care who receives GC first.

1. USCIS is processing few hundred applications a day, so dont expects yours to be picked soon.
2. They are processed in no particular order anyone eligible to apply from 2009 until 2015 they all processed like wise
in no particular order. So some with 2014 PD may get processed sooner than 2009 PD if all documents are correct and available.
3. USCIS staff does not get any huge raise or bonus for processing the applications faster, so why would they.
4. Expect a huge wait or delay as they plow thru the backlog. It may take months to years to clear them. We cannot guess, but delay is inevitable.
5. The good thing about this is you can atleast expect a EAD/AP and soon get your GC instead of decades of wait time.
6. There is no pressure on USCIS to process applications faster. Employment immigration is not top priority in this country.

same here. status changed recently. not sure if they will need biometrics for 485.
