Your assumption are correct bro once appfoved you can changr by filing 485j as this is concurrently filed you are protected by ac21 if you complete 6 months from filijg 485 ni need to wait 6 months after 140 approval, but change only after 140 is approved Quote

I don't think they can meet regular 140k also..SO wastage is for sure Look at FB approved clearly bias only ..need to raise awareness otherwise they will be huge problem for us waiting for decades They can at ma process 95k out of 262k remaining 170k will go waste Quote
