My rfe said that  some pages are missing in PERM copy we submitted in initial filing.We resent full copy of PERM and then I140 was approved

or they sent back the file by not accepting the premium ? (i know the reciept shows it accepted the premmium) just to make sure

or is some issue witha actual 140 

or is it still wating on uscis

Received 140 PP rejection today with message that entire 9089 must be present at the service center. They also mentioned that applicant or petitioner must sign the application. Is it common to receive the application signing requirements ?

 

looks like 30 days but mystery is they accepted yours
