if not, I hope people at least now upgrade their eb3 downgrade 140s to premium. 

i know a couple in the region whose 140s are pending but got medical RFE yesterday.. they did not get EAD/AP as well..

Interesting. I think they just decided to get medicals from everyone regardless of their current status.

Yep. Looks like they are trying to just gather as many people as they can to reserve numbers by end of the fiscal year. People with pending 140 approvals and pending fingerprints/back ground verification will be left out.  

I guess they are preparing themselves to show the court that they made their best effort not to waste the spill over. 

Next few weeks lo pending 140 people premium upgrade chesukunte at least some numbers will be saved.
