NOID means intent to deny. Not sure how issuing NOID is helpful for them or us instead of RFE faster processing. 

No one stopping them from processing RFEs faster. Any way our people will respond within 1-2 weeks. I know few people who are waiting since 3-4 months after submitting medical RFE.

NOID is intent to deny but you have to respond in 30 daays  uscis is providing a chance to reply its nott rejection , 30 days lo raaakapopthe deny ani ardam bro

Sorry man there is no evidence of NIOD, it’s out of speculation because the mass texts went out Friday evening and I don’t think anyone even get to see what their RFE contents yet.

Thaats what i am surprised he says some aare getting noids not sure is it from MSC before friday, it makes sense in terms of timing perspectoive as every bodyy is eaager to send we have 60 dayys 

So last rfe (noid) should be before august 31st to give a number this yeat
