Instead wasting GCs , why can’t they move FAD to till 2014 end for EB3 . As Some of the folks who have submitted all docs , and their case preadjusted ? What’s wrong with this approach, probably retro when they know count of downgrade? Enlighten me  @csrcsr

It's torture dealing with some attorneys . FYI , your medicals expire in 60 days. So make sure you file before that.

Individual reviews won't matter to them. They have corporate companies contracts. Few companies contracts cancel sesthe thappa they won't change.
