485 (GC), Ead , AP, Spillover issues

Oka pedda ? Mark entante ead Ipudu chala mandi ki istunnaru who will not get gc and will need to keep renewing ead every 2 years(with new rule). With so many ead renewals they’ll take again lot of time to approve them and if it crosses 2 years then that person is screwed. How soon can you apply for ead renewal ?

6 months anukunta  valu far sighted bro money minting the premium processing might start soon anukubta  also efo IOE digital center start chesaru renewal will be fast plus there is interim rul you can work 6 months if yiu applied for renwal (understand travel will be pain during that time) plus if you don't get ead worstest of worst case case you are still in status not out of status (job will be screwed)

Yes. People who applied after October and November are screwed interms of GC. Thanks to charlie vuncle.

Not if your application went to LIN Or SRC.

Applications are processed mostly by received date. So unless October and November cases ( in lakhs )  are cleared there is no hope for people who applied after november. If you are in LIN Or SRC more screwed unless some work load sharing happens in future.

Some might be even at danger of not getting visa number in next few years depending on when they applied and if spill over wastage happens next year too.

If you any of you get eligibility to file coming october or after, file as soon as possible.  Even a month delay might cost you a decade to get GC

I don’t think if it is applied after nov mine is in dec 20 and I am done with BM. Waiting for I 140 approval and GC ead .

my Pd is july 2013 not yet current

we will know once USCIS releases stats how many wasted and how many got approved in Q3&Q4

Don’t assume things bro renewal are in different track 

6 months before apply cheya vachu and most of the people who got GC ead 50% them also received gc also 

who ever are in 2014 range they may not get gc until 2022 oct
