Hi experts

As all are aware, H4 EAD automatic extension rule is effective immediately. I would like to get your suggestion on my spouse I94 extension to continue her job.

Spouse # H4, H4 Visa and H4EAD expires on Jan, 06th 2022. We applied H4 and H4 EAD extension on 10th Nov, 2021. But i don't think we will get approval before the expiration date as we have 20 business days and holiday season.  
 
My H1 extended last year until 4/2023 last year(my visa expired). we would like to extend her I94 based on my H1B. I heard that she can go to Mexican border Texas or San Diego to extend I94. I also heard we can do the same at Canada border. As my visa expired i would not be able to travel with her. Is she able to get in the borders her I94 extension and safe to go alone Mexican side? I am at Philly, i can drive to Niagara side to Canada border, I can stay US side and she can go to Canada side and walk right away back to US to extend I94?

I94 extension will only come if she has h4 approved bayya

She can go to india and get h4 stamped and come back (as no visa appointments for overseas in Canada and Mexico ani vinikidi) i

To your another point yiu can always go to.emxico and can a a and come on automatic revalidation without stamping
