It’s helps to stay positive, no matter what, outside interruptions, does not bother me anymore. I stay balanced! 1 Quote

Raazu Posted February 14, 2021 Author Report Posted February 14, 2021 Don’t know what happened Jan ninchi continuous 10k steps doing , yesterday I took nap in the eveningg and woke up around 8:40PM, did 35mins yoga, then dinner and started walking... made 10k steps, it took until 11:45PM though, was listening/sharing song’s and walking 2/13/2021 - Proud of myself😊 Quote
