Bro, I am taking proper diet.. I just did not start overnight, I have been doing continuously something or the other physical activity, but starting this year, I am recording the steps anthe to be more organized and disciplined. Thanks for chipping in.

I distribute my steps evenly thru out the day.. I walk for 30mins after lunch, evening and after dinner rest of the steps to make it to 10k.
