USAA full time is very good bro. 95% of full timers won't leave the company till their retirement. Company is huge. 15000 people work in a single building. You can understand how big is the campus.. It also has different other locations in SanAntonio. 

Very comfortable to work with minimal pressure until u fall under some psycho manager. Multiple vendors working in it. Hcl, TCS, IBM....etc list goes on. But mostly they might not directly hire you, instead they will ask you to work with any of their vendors for 6 months and then will hire you. 

I worked there for 1 year earlier and liked it.

Only FT bro, consulting jamana poyindi, lot of candidates in the market and good competition from tella vauntys who don’t need sponsorship. Certification not possible if you don’t work for partner or client who use WD. SAP switch easy ve better try in finance, HCM market is saturated. No background fresher ga join Ayna in 2016 as workday and Kronos combo lo.

Good question. Wanted to know if they are paid 500k -1 million $ in CA ? for architect position, I think they should because, TX lo normal IT job ki 160-180k pay cheste.
