10% to 15% is I guess not that uncommon but 25% ante kastha takkuve chances in most places. 

But idk maybe you were able to find a place that pays that much, join ayye mundu kashtam ivanni teliyadam.

50% I don't think so, depends on your salary slab but 40% yeah vinna

Konni companies quarterly bonus kuda estayi kada. I think best think to do is to move all bonus amount into 401k account and take it as 401k loan if needed , this way we can avoid tax kada.
