This was one of the big cause that created huge resentment among native Telangana public and hence led to separation of the states . While rayalaseema , uttar andhra leaders are the richest leaders , their constituents back home have remained to be poor and ignored for seventy years . Most of the native people are living in abject poverty , visakhapatnam district has one of the lowest HDI in the state if vizag city is not taken into account .
