snoww Posted January 12, 2021 Report Posted January 12, 2021 రాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికల కమిషనర్ నిమ్మగడ్డ రమేష్ కుమార్ దాఖలు చేసిన పిటిషన్పై ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ హైకోర్టు డివిజన్ బెంచ్ మంగళవారం విచారణ చేపట్టింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా జస్టిస్ దుర్గాప్రసాద్, జస్టిస్ కృష్ణ మోహన్లతో కూడిన ధర్మాసనం.. ఎస్ఈసీ అభ్యంతరాలను తోసిపుచ్చింది. ఈ పిటిషన్ను అత్యవసరంగా విచారించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని భావిస్తూ.. తదుపరి విచారణను ఈనెల 18కు వాయిదా వేసింది Quote
