Isn't SEC authorize those stocks ? we are not trading cannbies or business right.. It is just stock which is approved by federal entity ?

Depending on the mood/inclination of the officers, elected state and federal gov't and their tolerance towards weed. "so why give them a reason for chillar ?" is my opinion same goes with day trading ! 1
