profits might decline if people stop buying more due to high prices,

businesses cannot keep increasing the prices so negative effect untundi

yes  inflation is good for stocks in a way but this is not normal conditions .......  fed , labour shortage and supply chain issues caused this inflation and fed already pumped lot of money into market and decrease rates to stablize markets and employment and encourage people to spend more during covid outbreak  .....Side effects of this is inflation ,

now fed has to control this inflation. To control it , they will start taking money from market , that will lead to selling of these stocks and they are going to increase rates if November inflation is hight which also control money in circulation so more pressure on wall street

my fear is not new variant but this extra added  in new variant  , deenivalla inka emina extraa side effects untayoo entoo

High inflation will lead to recession, like people stop buying as many or much, so companies will have to reduce the production leading to curtailed growth, high inflation also leads to higher employment costs etc..it is a vicious circle, a moderate inflation is good for the economy as everything grows in tandem - hyper inflation is a problem for everyone
