You need to be looking ahead 5-10 years for these to reach their potential. I am bag holding and have no hope for a long time to come

You can sell until Dec 31st, but your brokerage won’t generate tax statements until 30 days later because of wash sale rule. That means you can’t buy a similar if you are selling for a loss. Wash sale negates your loss if you buy same or similar security within 30days of loss sale 2 1
