The Incumbent chief Jerome Powell is not elected by Biden but he chose to continue him. He was nominated to the position by President Donald Trump on November 2, 2017 and later confirmed by the Senate.

What you can fault with Biden is stimulus or any benefits passed but not how Fed went about rate hikes.
