I think straight without fear or greed when I am not invested. Bullrun just started, and AI is the flavor of the season. Most MF's scooped it up and unless market falls crazily, It will go up. The reason for me to say this is I used to think like you (PE, fundamentals, etc and did not consider future growth/market perception on stock) and have missed on a lot of stocks. You can look at Telecom stocks -> They are undervalued now. AT&T and VZ both are undervalued. I am invested in both. Small amounts though. I do plan to add more.

You can refer to other Vanguard/Blackrock funds. I am invested in JEPI, JEPQ, PDI, GOF, BST, BSTZ. Some of these have high expense ratios, but have been worth it so far. They all pay monthly dividends. Refer to my posts earlier in this thread on these. Let me know if you cannot find. 1
