Take below example for SQQQ On Aug8, 2022 NASDAQ is 13047. SQQQ - 34.29 On Oct 10, 2022 NASDAQ is 10321. SQQQ - 64.38 On May 29, 2023 (NASDAQ reached same levels as Aug 😎 NASDAQ is 13047. SQQQ - 22.59 Ideally speaking on 29 May,2023 SQQQ should be around 34 but not 22. It lost its value. I have done these calculations with other Inverse and 3X stocks. They erode value over time. Its like putting your money into slots machines.

Better to buy highly undervalued companies that have high growth.....like RDW(Home Depot of Space), STNE(Square of Brazil which will star cutting rates this month) and SOFI ( Legacy bank killer)

STNE ke brazil lo only few players competition uNnaru adhi plus kani few yrs back Berkshire sold their stake of it for a reason. 1
