They are consolidating well for quiet sometime. VZ has had a good run from the low of 30. I prefer VZ compared to T. Div is very good for both.

general recession time lo gold is one that does good and better to wait for stocks to go down and reinvest than putting in bonds. recessions are best times to invest in stocks. so take money out and keep cash ready if you think recession is coming
