You can blindly go against Motley Fool. Also do not buy anything based on Yahoo Finance articles. Buy ani vachindante, you will see it drop with in 1-2 weeks. Well known scam. 

Motley fool had been writing articles on a company as "Strong Sell" between 2010 to 2020. Atleast 15-20 times. Stock never dropped and grew from 60-400+ during that duration.

Technically down trend undi anna stock. Currently at support levels. But current market looks like it will drop further. Insiders have been selling a lot since last 1 yr. They only own 0.8% of stock which is a concern. 

On the flip side, Institutions and Mfs own a substantial portion of stock. If you can, hold on to it and average if it drops further.

As per Motley fool 3 days back ...

Currently, the stock trades at 4.1 times sales, its cheapest valuation in more than five years. The creates a compelling buying opportunity for patient investors. As always, it would be prudent to start with a small position and add more shares over time.

There's no doubt that Etsy has a unique place in the e-commerce marketplace. The question is how it grows from here. With a price-to-sales ratio of 5, shares aren't  cheap -- but they are below their historical average.
