Yaa. There are restrictions on trading. I need to take approvals before buying or selling which is lengthy process. But the good thing is they do have their own index and i can directly invest in it. pay is structured in a way which could be tricky. Majority of the pay will be in bonus form which is not guaranteed like any other company. They are giving very good sign on bonus though. Even if they dont give me first year bonus, the sign on bonus offsets it. Job title is which i cant reject
