Iterum Therapeutics (NASDAQ:ITRM) plummets 40% in after-hours trading after receiving FDA notification regarding NDA for sulopenem etzadroxil/probenecid. The letter stated that, as part of the ongoing review, the Agency has identified deficiencies that preclude the continuation of the discussion of labeling and post marketing requirements/commitments at this time. No details with respect to deficiencies were disclosed.
